Why have we founded STAG?
At STAG, we founded our company with one goal in mind: to assist traders in succeeding. We saw far too many hardworking people struggle to make consistent profits despite putting in long hours and devoting themselves to learning new strategies. There had to be a better way, we reasoned.
That's why we created StagStrat: to give traders the tools and support they need to overcome common obstacles and reach their full potential. We believe that by letting go of our old "antlers," or constantly reevaluating and improving our strategies, we can help traders achieve the success they deserve. So don't waste years of your life figuring it all out on your own; we're here to help.

Founder
Martin Sabucha
Meet Martin, the driving force behind STAG. With a background in electronic engineering and a passion for computational finance, Martin has dedicated himself to finding innovative ways to outperform the markets without compromising on risk management. He has a talent for turning unique ideas into code and algorithms, and is always on the lookout for new, revolutionary approaches to trading.
After initially using a discretionary, manual approach to trading, Martin switched to a data-driven, algorithmic approach in 2018. This change has paid off, as he has since qualified for and participated in several quantitative trading competitions, including the 2019 WorldQuant Championship. It was here that Martin discovered his true calling: developing algorithmic trading strategies. With his expertise and drive, he is committed to helping traders at STAG to become successful.

Michal Tkac
Meet Mike, the mastermind behind the smooth and efficient operation of STAG. With his background in both electrical engineering and software engineering, Mike has a wealth of knowledge and skills that make him a valuable asset to our team. His attention to detail and expertise as a programmer and analyst help to ensure that our algorithms are constantly working to find the best trading strategies on the market.
Mike first became interested in coding and systematic trading through his work as a software engineer, where he was responsible for designing communication frameworks. Since then, he has honed his skills and become an invaluable member of the STAG team. Whether he's analyzing data or overseeing daily operations, Mike is dedicated to helping our clients succeed.

Jozef Mlaka
Jozef is an invaluable member of the STAG team, responsible for overseeing the security and architecture of our framework from a strategic perspective. His extensive knowledge in both software engineering and machine learning helps our company stay ahead of the curve and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
As an R&D developer with a focus on computer vision, particularly in the field of biometry, Jozef brings a wealth of technical skills and expertise to the table. He has participated in the Microsoft Imagine Cup and gained valuable experience in development, deployment, and maintenance. His ability to transfer techniques from other fields to the world of finance makes him a valuable asset to our team
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / BRAND MARKETING
LUKAS HOSALA
Lukas has joined the team as an experienced product leader, responsible for overseeing product development and brand marketing strategy. Lukas has a strong background in product management, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products at an international corporation.
He brings more than 6 years of experience in product management to our team at StagStrat. With his passion for driving innovation, Lukas is a key player in shaping the future of our platform.
In his role as VP of Product, he works closely with our founders, development team, and stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap. They are responsible for conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and using that information to inform product development and prioritize features.
Lukas has a proven track record of delivering successful products, and is skilled in leading cross-functional teams to achieve their goals. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Lukas is a valuable member of our team, driving the success of our business and ensuring that our platform continues to meet the needs of our customers.
